We look forward to welcoming you to Urban Dermatology. We ask that you supply a copy of your dermatology records when possible. We accept most major insurance plans. Call our office at 212-219-8012.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Payment is required at the time of the office visit
- Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance
- Please note there is a $75 cancellation policy within 24 hours of your appointment
